Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. International shipping availability and rates may be listed separately at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.

Processing Times: Because each product is handcrafted, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days once your order has shipped. Expedited shipping options, where available, will be displayed at checkout with their associated costs and estimated delivery timeframes.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when offered, are applied automatically and are subject to minimum order thresholds.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Once an order is handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if you believe a package is lost.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening, retain all packaging materials, and contact us at info@azadysoap.com within 48 hours of delivery.
