Due to the personal care nature of our products and the handmade artisan process, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
Unopened Items: Unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to our approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@azadysoap.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion, including return shipping costs where applicable.
